Returns & Lot Cancellations Policy

Due to the strict biochemical nature, strict quality assurance guidelines, and contamination risks inherent to analytical reagents, all sales are final once an order leaves our facility.

  • No Re-stocking of Dispatched Reagents: To guarantee that every laboratory receives uncompromised, pristine primary structures, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any vials once they have left our custody. We cannot verify if a returned vial was subjected to improper storage temperatures or contamination.

  • Transit Damage Claims: If an item arrives broken, cracked, or physically damaged due to severe carrier mishandling, you must report the issue to our support desk within of delivery.
