Tracking and Verification: Upon carrier collection, an automated notification containing high-fidelity tracking data will be routed to your registered email address. Please ensure a representative is available to receive the delivery promptly to prevent unnecessary heat exposure on loading docks.
Returns & Lot Cancellations Policy
Due to the strict biochemical nature, strict quality assurance guidelines, and contamination risks inherent to analytical reagents, all sales are final once an order leaves our facility.
No Re-stocking of Dispatched Reagents: To guarantee that every laboratory receives uncompromised, pristine primary structures, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any vials once they have left our custody. We cannot verify if a returned vial was subjected to improper storage temperatures or contamination.
Transit Damage Claims: If an item arrives broken, cracked, or physically damaged due to severe carrier mishandling, you must report the issue to our support desk within 48 hours of delivery.
